Peeter is a real engineer, he calculates everything that is conceivable and also what is not conceivable. He is equally fluent in calculations, both manually and using engineering programs. Peeter is a great mentor to the younger generation, sharing abundantly and joyfully the teachings from his entire repository of experiences, and this repository seems endless. Peeter has worked in the most famous engineering offices in Estonia and he has been part of engineering of many of the most outstanding buildings from the last few decades. At the same time, Peeter is not just an office rat, he has done some heroic acts on construction sites also, including building oil rigs in the endless expanses of Russia under the leadership of the Americans. Peeter is balanced and thoughtful, but his mindset is always based on clear engineering logics. He is the backbone of true engineering for the whole company.
