Aare has been related to construction since very early in his life. He began to collect knowledge about construction already in Järva County Vocational Training Centre. From there on a logical development took Aare to study engineering in TalTech and during his studies he also started practicing as an engineer. After graduating from TalTech Aare has improved his knowledge by taking master level subjects in the same university and has participated in countless in-service trainings. Aare is a construction engineer with confident and practical mind who cuts through the most complicated engineering tasks. Strong development and further gathering of the competences is also proven by the qualification of a construction engineer with diploma attributed to him. Aare is a CEO of ACTO Consult who also puts his practical engineering effort in most of the projects and works of the company.
